Ricky is a full time Real Estate Investor, now of 10 years. Robeson County, located in North Carolina, is his home and Ricky has lived in Lumberton his entire life. He has a beautiful wife, three beautiful girls and a wonderful stepson.
He began investing in Real Estate, part time just ten short years ago with a net worth of less than zero. But now, by using Owner Financing along with numerous other creative techniques has purchased millions of dollars in real estate.
Ricky’s just an average person, just like many of you, but with a drive to succeed. Has found that Real Estate is the vehicle to help him accomplish success in his personal and financial goals. His passion for real estate has taken him to new levels of thinking and a new confidence in the power of Creative Real Estate Investing.
He began teaching some of these Creative Real Estate techniques about nine years ago to new investors and seasoned investors alike. Some just want to buy their own home and others are looking for a lucrative career in real estate. All the techniques he teaches, he uses every day.

Ricky looks for win-win situations, where the Seller, Ricky, and the eventual homeowner can all win. He is not a Realtor, but a Private Real Estate Investor.
Ricky stays in touch with the Real Estate market and trends by attending numerous educational seminars throughout the United States on Real Estate Management, Real Estate Investing, and Creative Real Estate Techniques.
